CONCEPT
Due to the remarkable layout, all three townhouses have intimate privacy and a spectacular 180° panorama sea view. The sense of well-being in luxurious surroundings will firmly anchor your new home deep in your heart.

The aim of the designers was to create an outdoor living space in intimate privacy and capturing the beautiful istrian vegetation. The thoughtful use of typical local materials gives the place an upscale sustainable character.

SurRounding
Savudrija and its surroundings offer a lot more than only a good climate. You could find numerous activities for your recreation from scuba diving, tennis to biking. Crveni Vrh also well known in Istria for its 18 hole Championship Course (just 100 meter away from M.R. Villas).
There are rumours that a second golf course is being built.
